Therefore, this study examined the effect of Emirati sustainable innovation strategy on service quality in the UAE tourism sector. Using a cross-sectional survey approach, the researchers collected data from 100 clients of the UAE tourism agencies. The data were analysed. The overall result indicates that Emirati sustainable innovation strategy (management innovation, technical innovation, and sustainable innovation) has a significant positive effect on service quality, indicating that Emirati sustainable innovation strategy is a significant driver of service quality in the UAE tourism sector. It also shows that innovation is an indispensable tool in enhancing quality tourism.
