The statistical population of the study was all high school female adolescents with body image disorder; 280 girls were selected based on available sampling from 3 high schools in Ardabil City. Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire (MBSRQ) scales were used to assess body image disorder and data were analyzed by SPSS software, version 19. Results: The results of this study indicated that this treatment was effective in reducing body image disorder in adolescent girls. Conclusions: Therefore, this treatment is suggested to reduce body image disorder in adolescent girls.
