Concrete examples depicting the acquisition of microskills for counselors-in-training are presented within this guide. Abstract

ABSTRACT The author discusses the use of music as a dynamic and practical learning platform to enhance skill acquisition for counselors-in-training. Rationale regarding the use of contemporary songs to facilitate skill development in the classroom is provided.
