Abstract
We describe a detailed protocol to establish a newborn rat whole ovary culture, which enables the study of direct effects (independent of hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis) of endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs), such as benzophenone-3 (BP-3).
