Successful laparoscopic management of adnexal torsion in a third trimester pregnant woman: a case report

It can occur in all three trimesters but it is less common in the third trimester. However, its diagnosis and management are more complicated in a third trimester pregnant woman. Here, we reported the management of this rare pregnancy complication during the third trimester of pregnancy in order to highlight the importance of laparoscopic intervention to avoid midline and pararectal abdominal incisions.
