Abstract
We report an example of “gas bubble sign”, a specific and little-known sign of laryngohyoid fractures at post-mortem computed tomography, in a case of manual strangulation. It reinforces the role of post-mortem computed tomography to highlight laryngeal injuries in case of fatal pression of the neck.
Nous rapportons un exemple de « gas bubble sign », un signe spécifique et méconnu de fracture laryngée en scanner post-mortem, dans un cas de strangulation manuelle.
