Abstract

A new definition of the measure units in Physics by using the concept of cardinal number and by considering universal physical constants is proposed. Another idea is to start from the moment of the creation of the Universe (BIG BANG or better said BIG FLASH). n this way, along with the speed of light in vacuum CV, the Planck constant h and the total energy of the Universe, EU are introduced.
