Hotel employees' views on fairness, well-being and collective representation in times of the coronavirus crisis: Evidence from Poland

Most were indifferent to unions or viewed them unfavourably, doubted the efficacy of collective action and were uninterested in unionisation, with the crisis having little impact on their attitudes. Abstract

The coronavirus crisis reignited the debate over the ethical dimension of employment practices in the hotel sector.
