Abstract
Aberrant activation of innate immune cells and immunosuppression are part of the pathogenesis of sepsis. The loss of CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, Th17 cells, γδT cells, upregulation of regulatory T cells (Tregs) and aberrant immune cell metabolism can be detected in the stage of immunosuppression. Summarizing and analyzing the influence of immunometabolism of immune cells (CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, Th17, Tregs and γδT) during sepsis-induced immunosuppression on regulating the function of T cells are helpful to investigate potential target of the immunometabolism of T cells. This review is benefit to explore novel immunometabolism therapeutic method to treat sepsis.
