Abstract

As an important sub-discipline of dentistry, orthodontics is regarded as the post-graduate education for postgraduates and advanced doctors both at home and abroad. Orthodontics is a professional, practical and systematic discipline, therefore, the conventional education model is hard to get a good result. 正畸学作为牙科学的重要分支学科,在国内外都被视为培养研究生和高级医生的研究生教育方向。正畸是一门专业性强、实用性强、系统性强的学科,传统的教育模式难以取得良好的效果。本研究结合笔者在美国宾夕法尼亚大学的学习经历,探索了以“整合”为指导的四组分教学设计模式(4C/ID)在正畸教育中的新思路。4C/ID主要包括学习任务、支持性信息、程序性信息和部分任务实践四个要素,强调为学习者提供一套真实的、具体的、以工作为导向的完整学习任务,以“部分任务学习”取代“整体任务学习”。本研究探讨4C/ID在正畸临床教学中的应用。关键词:正畸;四要素教学设计模型;教育改革
