Abstract
Cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) is a degenerative disease
of the spine, the most common cause of spinal cord dysfunction
worldwide . Usually encountered in older patients, it may lead
to myelopathic and/or radiculopathic syndromes, especially in men.
