Tumor-bearing rats flashed significantly hoisted levels of sex hormones, mast cell population, ER, and PR expression. Administration of CAP@CS-NP 4mg/kg b.wt. restored the levels of sex hormones, mast cell population, ER, and PR expression to near-normal levels. Additionally, molecular docking revealed good binding affinity and best glide scores.
