Based on the results of the study that: (1) There was a positive and significant influence of spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence together on the learning motivation of students of Da'wah and Communication Management of the Islamic State University of Raden Fatah Palembang, and (2) there was influence positive and significant spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence partially towards the learning motivation of students in Da'wah and Communication Management of the Faculty of Da'wah and Raden Fatah's Islamic University Palembang. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine (1) the influence of spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence together on the learning motivation of students in Da'wah and Communication Management of the Islamic State University of Raden Fatah Palembang, and (2) the influence of spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence partially towards the learning motivation of students of Da'wah and Communication Management of Da'wah Fatah Islamic University in Palembang. 摘要:本研究旨在确定(1)精神智力和情感智力共同对拉登·法塔赫·帕伦邦伊斯兰国立大学Da'wah and Communication Management学生学习动机的影响,情绪智力在一定程度上影响了巴望达瓦伊斯兰大学达瓦和沟通管理学院学生的学习动机。在这项研究中,样本为138人。研究设计采用多元回归模型。使用的变量是三个变量,即精神智力(X1)和情商(X2)形式的自变量,以及因变量,即学习动机(Y)。使用的分析工具是多元线性回归。研究结果表明:(1)精神智力和情感智力共同对拉登-法塔赫-巴列邦伊斯兰国大学Da'wah和沟通管理专业学生的学习动机有积极而显著的影响,情绪智力在一定程度上与达瓦学院和拉登·法塔赫伊斯兰大学巴望分校的达瓦和沟通管理专业学生的学习动机有关。Keyworld:精神智力、情感智力和学习动机
