Correlation between the deletion of phosphatase and tensin homolog gene on chromosome 10, syncytin-1 and the damage of maternal endothelium and trophoblast in preeclampsia placenta

Abstract

Objective To study the correlation between phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten(PTEN), Syncytin-1 in preeclamptic placenta and maternal endothelial injury, trophoblast injury. 子痫前期胎盘10号染色体磷酸酶和张力素同源基因、合胞体-1缺失与母体内皮细胞和滋养层损伤的相关性
