Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic assisted or microscopical transsphenoidal surgery in the treatment of different grades of invasive pituitary tumors and the measures to reduce complications. Methods From January 2016 to June 2019, 87 patients with pituitary tumor admitted to the neurosurgery of Tangshan People′s Hospital of Hebei Province were selected as the study objects for retrospective analysis. Among them, 42 patients were included in the endoscopic group and 45 patients were included in the endoscopic group. To compare the related indexes and clinical effects of two different surgical methods, and to analyze the treatment strategies to reduce the common postoperative complications. Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding, the time needed for operation and the hospital stay of patients in endoscopic group were significantly less or shorter than those in microscopical group(intraoperative bleeding volume: (66.19±9.55) ml and (79.78±11.68) ml; operation time: (93.93±9.53) min and (103.33±9.23) min; hospitalization time: (7.71±1.53) d and (10.16±1.33) d). The difference was statistically significant (T values were 5.92, 4.67, 7.94, all P< 0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P= 0.577). There were 2 cases (4.8%) of cerebrospinal fluid leakage in endoscopic group and 12 cases (26.7%) in microscopical group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=5.67, P< 0.05). There were 7 cases (16.7%) of diabetes insipidus in endoscopic group and 22 cases (48.9%) in microscopical group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=5.19, P< 0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of endoscopic transsphenoidal resection of pituitary tumor is similar to that of microscopical resection of pituitary tumor. The patients recover quickly, have fewer complications, and have a short hospital stay. Key words: Neuroendoscopy; Microscope; Pituitary tumor; Complication

Advanced non-small cell lung cancer is one of the most difficult malignant tumors in the world. At present, chemotherapy is the most common treatment for NSCLC. However, traditional chemotherapy can kill tumor cells as well as normal cells. In order to solve this problem, metronomic chemotherapy came into being. It can inhibit tumor angiogenesis and tumor growth through a continuous high-frequency, low-dose administration. Metronomic chemotherapy can effectively control the disease progression of advanced NSCLC patients, delay their life span and improve their quality of life. Therefore, metronomic chemotherapy has become an effective treatment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Key words: Lung cancer; Metronomic Chemotherapy; Tumor

Objective To study the correlation of serum monokine induced by IFN-γ(Mig)and interleukin9(IL-9) levels to HBV pre-C/BCP mutation and their influences on the response to interferon therapy in patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B(CHB). Methods A total of 110 cases of HBeAg-positive CHB patients in the People′s Hospital of Jianyang City were retrospectively analyzed from February 2015 to February 2018, and all received pegylated-IFN-αtherapy.Before treatment, the gene fragment of HBV pre-C/BCP region was amplified and the patients were divided into two groups: wild type group (61 cases) and mutant group (49 cases). The difference of serum MIG, IL-9 and antiviral treatment effect between the two groups were compared. Results The serum IL-9 of mutant group before treatment ((10.8±1.9) ng/L)was significantly higher than that of wild group((8.3±1.7) ng/L) (P 1 lg 10 in mutation group before treatment was significantly higher than HBsAg decrease≤1 lg 10 ((129.2±37.9) ng/L vs.(91.5±25.7) ng/L)(P<0.05). The serum IL-9 in the mutant group were(8.8±1.9) ng/L and (8.9±1.6) ng/L at 12 and 24 weeks after treatment respectively, which were significantly lower than that before treatment (all P<0.05). Conclusion The high expression of IL-9 in serum of CHB and HBeAg positive patients before treatment is closely related to the variation of HBV pre-C/BCP region, and the expression of IL-9 is not related to the antiviral effect of interferon. The high expression of MIG in patients before treatment may be more beneficial to the antiviral effect of interferon in patients with HBV pre-C/BCP region variation. Talus fracture is a relatively rare injury. The indication of surgical treatment of talus fracture is the obvious displacement of talus neck or talus body fracture, the purpose of which is to achieve anatomical reduction of the fracture site. The anatomical structure of talus is special, most of its surface is covered by the articular surface, so the injury often involves the articular surface, so the treatment is difficult and the incidence of complications after fracture operation is high, which is prone to ischemic necrosis and traumatic arthritis. Based on the anatomical structure of talus, we reviewed the latest treatment methods of talus fracture and its complications, the advantages and disadvantages of different treatment methods and the existing problems. Modern oncology believes that tumor-associated inflammation is one of the prominent features of tumor microenvironment. The occurrence and development of ovarian cancer is inseparable from the influence of inflammatory factors in the microenvironment.Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is an important pro-inflammatory factor that regulates tumor cell growth.Current studies found that the expression of IL-6 and IL-6 receptor both increase in patients with ovarian cancer, which are closely related to poor clinical prognosis. The mechanism of effect of IL-6 on the malignant progression of ovarian cancer has been a research hotspots in the field of tumor microenvironment. In combination of the research results of this group in recent years, we mainly review the role of IL-6 in ovarian cancer including proliferation, invasion and metastasis, blood system disorders and drug resistance. Then, we introduce the research frontiers and application prospects of IL-6 targeted therapy for ovary cancer.
