Radial arterial blood samples were taken 3 min before OLV (T1), 3 min after OLV (T2), and 30 min after T2(T3) for blood gas analysis and oxygenation index (OI) and pulmonary shunt rate (Qs/Qt) were calculated. Abstract

Objective To observe the effects of atomizing inhalation of alprostadil on pulmonary oxygenation function after one lung ventilation (OLV). Methods Forty-two patients with thoracic esophageal cancer undergoing elective resection were enrolled in the study and divided into two groups (n=21): a test group (group T) and a control group (group C) according to the random number table.
