The research shows that environmental complexity has a positive and significant effect on performance of SMEs, resources have a positive and significant effect on performance of SMEs, environmental complexity has a positive and significant effect on business strategy, resources have a positive and significant effect on business strategy, and business strategy has a positive and significant effect on performance of SMEs. Also, it is found that environmental complexity has a positive and significant indirect effect on performance of SMEs through business strategy and resources have a positive and significant indirect effect on performance of SMEs mediated by business strategy. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of environmental complexity and resources on the performance of SMEs mediated by business strategy in Kasongan pottery SMEs. The population in this study were all SMEs pottery handicrafts in the Kasongan pottery center in Kasihan District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. 环境复杂性和资源对企业战略中介下中小企业绩效的影响(对班图尔县卡松安制陶中小企业的调查)

本研究旨在分析环境复杂性和资源对中小企业绩效的影响，以经营策略为中介。本研究的人口均为日惹市班图尔县卡西汉区卡松安陶艺中心的中小企业陶器手工艺品。共回收和处理了61份问卷。数据分析采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)，通过SmartPLS 3.3.2软件进行分析。研究表明，环境复杂性对中小企业绩效有正向显著影响，资源对中小企业绩效有正向显著影响，环境复杂性对企业战略有正向显著影响，资源对企业战略有正向显著影响，企业战略对中小企业绩效有正向显著影响。研究还发现，环境复杂性通过企业战略对中小企业绩效具有正向显著的间接影响，资源通过企业战略对中小企业绩效具有正向显著的间接影响。关键词:中小企业绩效;环境复杂性;资源
