Abstract

白细胞介素6对卵巢癌恶性进展的影响
现代肿瘤学认为,肿瘤相关炎症是肿瘤微环境的突出特征之一。癌症的发生发展与微环境中炎症因子的影响是分不开的。白细胞介素-6(IL-6)是调节肿瘤细胞生长的重要促炎因子。目前的研究发现,卵巢癌症患者IL-6和IL-6受体的表达均增加,这与临床预后不良密切相关。IL-6在卵巢癌症恶性进展中的作用机制一直是肿瘤微环境领域的研究热点。结合本组近年来的研究成果,主要综述了IL-6在卵巢癌症增殖、侵袭转移、血液系统疾病和耐药性中的作用。然后介绍了IL-6靶向治疗癌症的研究前沿和应用前景。关键词:卵巢癌症;白细胞介素6;炎症;肿瘤微环境;恶性进展
