El cultivo se ubico en el fotobiorreactor (Cultivo inmovilizado en biofilm) expuesto totalmente a la radiacion solar (fotoperiodo 12:12) ; el liquido de cultivo fue bombeado a una velocidad del flujo menor a 0,5m/s . Las cosechas se efectuaron cada semana obteniendose 0,11 g /L/dia.
