Abstract

The food industry is diversifying and adapting to shifting consumer tastes and environmental issues. Consumers value the quality and uniformity of the fundamental ingredients used to make packaged goods, as well as the longevity, originality, logistics, lifespan, and recyclability of packaging. For the global distribution of food, the safety of agricultural products is critical.
