Abstract

在不确定性的风险表征下,由气候变化所带来的下行风险可能产生风险的放大效应,深刻影响社会经济、文化与生活。气候风险的复杂性表明传统的气候传播模式已难以适应社会整体变革的要求,需从互构和协同的整体逻辑实现气候传播创新。本研究从气候紧急状态和人类命运共同体的时代背景出发,结合不确定性、生态哲学观和系统性风险的理论视角,审视和考量气候传播的潜在特征和内在机制,认为应整合气候传播接收、溢出、反馈等多个系统的协同效应,提高对气候风险相互作用的理解,进而从实践层面探讨未来气候传播在理念创新、端口前移、主体协同、内容优化四个维度提升的可能路径,以期实现气候传播现实向度的转变。

演化、互动与协同:气候传播的系统认知与现实维度
Under the uncertainty of risk characterization, the downward risks brought about by climate change may have an amplification effect on risks, profoundly affecting social economy, culture, and life. The complexity of climate risk indicates that traditional climate communication models are no longer able to adapt to the requirements of overall social change, and innovation in climate communication needs to be achieved through the overall logic of mutual construction and collaboration. This study starts from the era background of climate emergency and a community with a shared future for mankind, and combines the theoretical perspectives of uncertainty, ecological philosophy, and systemic risk to examine and consider the potential characteristics and internal mechanisms of climate communication. It is believed that the synergistic effects of multiple systems such as climate communication reception, spillover, and feedback should be integrated to improve the understanding of the interaction between climate risks, and further explore the future of climate communication in terms of conceptual innovation and feedback from a practical perspective The possible paths for improving the four dimensions of port forward movement, subject collaboration, and content optimization are aimed at achieving a shift in the reality of climate communication.
