The sites corresponding to the lower basin exhibited higher diversity, and the genus Rhagovelia was the most abundant in both hydrological seasons. In contrast, the upper basin exhibited a low diversity, and its assemblage was dominated by Ectemnostega, both in the wet and dry season.
