Abstract
Abstract As institutions adapt to the new hybrid work environment brought about by COVID, they would be well served to reexamine their institution’s culture. In doing so, library administrators will assure that hybrid and onsite team members maintain a closer and purposeful connection to the organization along with a vested interest in its success.
