Relationship between job satisfaction and musculoskeletal disorders

Results: The results indicated that there is no significant relationship between the overall scores of job satisfaction and musculoskeletal disorders. But there was a significant relationship between job satisfaction and disorders in Neck, elbows, hips, and thighs (P-Value<0.05). Abstract

Introduction: Job satisfaction is one of the psychosocial factors that may be related to musculoskeletal disorders. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and musculoskeletal disorders in Persian Gulf mine and metal industry workers.
