Réflexion sur ce que sont les recommandations HAS, ce qu’elles ne sont pas, ce qu’elles deviendront ?

Abstract

The recommendations “Haute Autorité de Santé” relating to the rehabilitation of the motor function of the musculoskeletal system of people with cerebral palsy published in October 2021 provide professionals, as well as people with cerebral palsy and their families, precise information on the state of the art of the practices usually carried out. However, the reader of this recommendations should not take them for granted. Careful consideration should be given to the methodology used, as to the scientific data available. The recommendations therefore constitute a reference, at a given time, offering a general framework of good practices and very targeted recommendations. Everybody i.e., people with cerebral palsy, families, professionals must now seize the opportunity of these publications to improve their practices, to strengthen their training. They should be used to determined research subjects in order to enlighten many sectors of the rehabilitation sectors that are today hardly studied.
