Methodologically, an analysis was carried out that corresponds to a non-experimental design, with a quantitative and cross-sectional descriptive approach, to extend the results obtained from it with the use of the ISTAS 21 (CoPsoQ) method for the prevention of psychosocial risks, for the positions or positions of the administrative direction. It was concluded that in relation to the quality of working life, positions that present psychosocial risks in a large percentage are those with the lowest quality of working life, both in objective and subjective conditions, that is, work environment, work environment, functions, regulations, procedures, regulations, work organization, schedules, salaries, work days, development opportunities, job security, job content, as well as individual and collective experiences and perceptions.
