Abstract
Colorectal adenocarcinoma (COAD) is the most common type of colon cancer, and its occurrence is intimately associated with immune-related gene (IRG) expression. In this research, the IRG expression was analyzed and 484 were found significantly different between COAD and normal tissue.
To construct a COAD patient IRGs-prognosis model, 11 of the IRGs were selected by multivariate Cox analysis. IRGs in the model were closely related to tumor invasion depth, lymphoid involvement, distant metastasis, stage, and age. This work lays the foundation for future scientific research
and clinical work related to COAD.
