Abstract
Ophthalmic manifestations of Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) are exceptionally rare. We report a life-threatening case of ITP, manifested with massive retinal haemorrhage. The core of this case report was to highlight the importance of systemic evaluation in ocular disease.
