Abstract

外周血内皮祖细胞计数与功能及颈动脉粥样硬化斑块性质的关系
目的探讨颈动脉粥样硬化斑块性质与外周血内皮祖细胞数量及功能的关系。方法选择2016年6月至2017年3月在广东省第二总医院就诊的80例颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者进行前瞻性研究,对所有患者进行颅骨磁共振成像或X射线计算机断层扫描、病理检查、颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查。根据颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的性质,将患者分为硬斑块组(n=42)和软斑块组(n=38)。选择40名健康受试者作为对照。通过密度梯度离心从10ml肘静脉血中获得单核细胞。粘附细胞被培养并通过共聚焦激光显微镜鉴定。评价软斑块组和硬斑块组内皮祖细胞的数量、迁移、增殖和粘附情况。结果正常对照组增殖细胞数(0.847±0.037)、迁移细胞数(27.697±8.248)和粘附细胞数(46.184±7.876)显著高于硬斑块组(0.647±0.019)、(18.643±3.289)、(32.165±4.325)和软斑块组((0.679±0.023)、(23.576±6.327)、(40.587±6.523)(均P<0.001),结论颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的性质与外周血内皮祖细胞的数量和功能密切相关。颈动脉粥样硬化硬斑块患者的内皮祖细胞数量较少,其增殖、迁移和粘附能力受损。关键词:颈动脉粥样硬化;内皮祖细胞;颈动脉粥样硬化斑块;斑块性质
