Abstract
Ultrasound in pregnancy has become standard of care, resulting in an increased number of antenatally diagnosed fetal anomalies. It isimportant to have a consistent approach to the management of these abnormalities. This may include offering termination of pregnancy,standard care or non-aggressive/palliative care.
