Abstract

Roger Moltzen is an Emeritus Professor at the University of Waikato, New Zealand and an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia. Prior to becoming an academic, he was a school teacher and principal. His previous roles at the University of Waikato include foundation chair of the Department of Human Development and Counselling, and Faculty Dean.
