The objective of this article is the presentation of the interdisciplinary work of teachers and students of the careers of Engineering for Disaster Administration and Risk Management, Social Communication and Nursing, who reconcile joint forms and strategies of action in places with little connectivity to the INTERNET , creating local networks as solutions to their social visibility. Based on the experience of the Karisma Foundation in local connectivity projects, which successfully shows the use of the Kimera Wireless Local Network as a tool for creating local networks, experiences are developed in the communities of San Lorenzo and Otavalo, identified by students and teachers as required spaces for dissemination given their potential and social presence. As a result, the creation of virtual spaces for local access for interested parties and residents, in San Lorenzo in favor of local development; Otavalo visualizes way of life, cultural traditions, health habits.
