Using the literature review and site investigation, we drafted the framework and score-factor of the dynamic assessment indicator system and adopted the percentage system to construct the assessment system. \n \n \nResults \nWe interviewed and discussed with 28 teaching managers, 21 clinical experts, 35 graduate tutors and 112 graduate students; the response rate of all interviewees was 100%. 目的构建临床医学专业硕士学位实习基地动态评估体系。方法选取湖南省7所具有住院医师规范化培训资质的三级综合医院的教学管理人员、临床专家、研究生导师和研究生。通过文献综述和现场调查,我们起草了动态评估指标体系的框架和得分因子,并采用百分比制构建了评估体系。结果与28名教学管理人员、21名临床专家、35名研究生导师和112名研究生进行了访谈和讨论;所有受访者的回答率为100%。动态评估体系由4个一级指标和20个二级指标组成;主要指标的得分因子为25%,次要指标的得分系数为5%。结论所建立的动态评价体系指标合理,可操作性强,可提供有益的参考。关键词:临床医学;专业学位;研究生教育;实习基地;动态评估系统
