Second, the invariable features of translation, rotation and scaling up that each region is extracted and used to construct the feature criterion matrix for the multiple regions. Last, the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weights of each feature and the comprehensive weighted score of each region for this feature criterion matrix to obtain the final target region. Abstract

To overcome the adverse effects of noise and shadow regions on target detection in side-scan sonar images, more precisely, it is difficult to accurately detect targets, a target detection technology based on a multi-region optimal selection strategy of spectral clustering combined with the entropy weight method is proposed in this study. 基于多区域最优选择策略的声纳图像目标检测
针对侧扫声纳图像中噪声和阴影区域对目标检测的不利影响,更精确地说,难以准确检测到目标,本研究提出了一种基于多区域谱聚类最优选择策略与熵权法相结合的目标检测技术。首先,基于先验知识预先设定用于光谱聚类的聚类数,并将声纳图像的像素点聚到多个不同的区域;其次,提取每个区域的平移、旋转和缩放等不变特征,并利用这些特征构建多个区域的特征准则矩阵;最后,利用熵权法计算各特征的权重,并对该特征准则矩阵计算各区域的综合加权得分,得到最终的目标区域。实验结果表明,所提方法能有效克服侧扫声纳图像中噪声和阴影区域的不利影响,并能在图像聚类后的多个区域中实现最优目标区域的选择,验证了本研究所提方法的可行性和有效性。
