The quality of care, nurse bedside comprehensive ability, nurse job satisfaction, professional identity, and patient satisfaction before and after trusteeship for 2 years were observed and compared. \n \n \nResults \nAfter 2 years of trusteeship, the scores of nursing quality in all dimensions and total score were significantly higher than those before the trusteeship, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) . After 2 years of trusteeship, nurse bedside comprehensive ability and job satisfaction of the nurses were significantly higher than those before the trusteeship (χ2=16.97, 40.08; P<0.01) . After 2 years of trusteeship, the scores of professional identity in all dimensions and total score were higher than those before the trusteeship, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01) . 全面托管模式下基层医院提高护理质量的实践与成效
目的探讨全面托管模式下优质护理资源下沉在基层医院护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法2017年1月,通过成立护理监护帮扶小组,整合优质护理资源下沉基层医院(宁波大榭开发区医院),完善护理管理体系和护理质量控制三级体系,加强护理质量监督,绩效考核与护理人才的多元化培养。观察并比较托管2年前后的护理质量、护士床边综合能力、护士工作满意度、职业认同和患者满意度。结果托管2年后,护理质量各维度得分和总分均显著高于托管前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护士的床边综合能力和工作满意度均显著高于托管前(χ2=16.97,40.08;P<0.01)。托管2年后,护士的职业认同各维度得分和总分均高于托管前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),患者满意度高于托管前,差异有统计学意义(χ2=30.40,P<0.01)。结论在整体托管模式下,优质护理资源下沉基层医院,实施科学的护理管理和人才培养创新模式,有效地提高了托管医院的护理质量,提高了护士的工作满意度和病人的满意度,促进了托管医院可持续发展。关键词:护理管理研究;护理质量;托管医院;职业身份;工作满意度
