To accomplish the aims of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method by administering a questionnaire to 303 male and female graduate students who were randomly selected using the smile random sampling method. The results of the study revealed that the electronic academic services provided to graduate students were medium, while the electronic research services provided to graduate students were poor. Abstract
