Abstract Spodochlamys keitai Kobayashi and Ratcliffe is described as a new species from Otanche in Boyacá Department, Western Boyacá Province, in northeastern Colombia. A description, diagnosis separating it from similar species, and illustrations are provided. An identification key and a checklist of Spodochlamys Burmeister species are included.
