The incidence of rash, abdominal pain, dizziness and headache and parents' satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the nursing effective rate of the observation group was significantly increased (P<0.05). The scores of cognitive function and quality of life in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly decreased (P<0.05). The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). 目的:探讨基于移动平台的健康教育对肺炎患儿认知功能和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年3月我院收治的80例肺炎患儿家长作为研究对象。对照组家长进行常规护理干预,观察组家长进行基于移动平台的健康教育干预。护理后,比较两组患者的护理效果。比较护理后两组患者的认知功能和生活质量。比较两组患者咳嗽时间、呼吸困难时间、呼吸短促时间、肺啰音时间。比较两组患儿皮疹、腹痛、头晕、头痛的发生率及家长对护理的满意度。结果:与对照组比较,观察组护理有效率显著提高(P<0.05)。观察组患者认知功能、生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者临床症状消失时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。观察组家长满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于移动平台的健康教育可有效改善肺炎患儿的认知功能和生活质量,有助于患儿早日康复,具有较高的临床应用价值。
