Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with cupping exercise in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods: The subjects of this study were all patients with chronic pelvic inflammation who visited our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019, a total of 90 cases. The patients were divided into control group and research group according to the single and double numbers of the beds, 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine, while the patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture and cupping exercise, and the clinical effects of the two treatment methods were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 95.56% in the study group and 84.44% in the control group, which was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group. The data between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of menstrual disorder, abdominal distension, abnormal leucorrhea and lumbosacral pain in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the corresponding scores of syndromes in the study group after treatment were (1.05+0.40), (0.73+0.38), (0.74+0.24) and (0.53+0.16), which were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The plasma viscosity and hematocrit in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The plasma viscosity and hematocrit in the study group after treatment were (1.14+0.32) mPa * s and (0.41+0.06) %, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The level of inflammatory factors in the study group after treatment was (5.74 + 2.35) mg/L, which was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference between tne groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with cupping exercise has a very significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, can effectively improve the TCM syndrome score of patients, and improve the hemorheology and inflammation level of patients, so it can be widely used in clinical practice.

After the reform and opening up, the speed of changes in China's rural areas is extremely rare in the history of China and even the world. The rapid development of China's economy leads this process of change. During this period, the speed of China's development caused great changes in ethnic identity, physical space, and cultural structure of traditional villages. On the whole, these changes were made passively along with the economic development of the entire country's large-scale system. Such passive village changes are mainly positive, but there are also negative aspects. Excessive reliance on exogenous economic forces can easily lead to lower uniqueness of the village’s culture, which is unconducive to the sustainable development of the village. Therefore, traditional Chinese villages should be developed based on the differences between urban and rural areas and the uniqueness of specific villages. This can not only meet the economic development needs of the village, but also achieve cultural diversity inheritance of traditional Chinese villages, thereby avoiding the continuous destruction and damage of the unique culture of specific villages in economic development.

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of levosimendan on the clinical efficacy of patients with acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF). METHODS Collected 124 patients with acute decompensated heart failure who were admitted to the cardiology department of our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and levosimendan group. The control group was given traditional anti-heart failure treatment, and the levosimendan group was added with levosimendan injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy indicators, functional indicators, incidence of adverse reactions, mortality during hospitalization, rehospitalization rates and combined endpoint events within 3 months of follow-up were compared before and after treatment. RESULT The results of clinical efficacy comparison showed that the number of significant effective number in the controlgroup was less than that of the levosimendan group, and there was no difference in the number of effective, ineffective and total effective groups; the improvement of dyspnea after treatment in the levosimendan group was better than that of the control group; cardiac color Doppler ultrasound LVEF in control group is higher than Levosimendan group, LVEDV and LVESV are lower than control group; The BNP control group was higher than the levosimendan group. There was no significant difference in renal function between the two groups. The urine output of the control group was less than that of the levosimendan group. There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions, rehospitalization rates within 3 months, and mortality between the two groups of patients, and the combined endpoint event (death or rehospitalization) was significantly lower than that of the control group. CONCLUSION Levosimendan in the treatment of patients with acute decompensated heart failure can achieve significant clinical effects, and effectively improve the patient's hemodynamic indicators and increase renal perfusion. With the deepening of the aging of the population in China, the incidence of decompensated heart failure in the elderly population is higher, which seriously affects the normal life. Acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF), a kind of heart disease, is a clinical syndrome characterized by dyspnea with sudden onset and rapid peak based on abnormal heart function (11. It is typical of the late stage of heart disease, usually on the basis of chronic heart failure. The disease is complex and difficult to treat. In addition, the mortality rate of patients is high [2], which endangers the health of patients and threatens their life safety, and is the key disease of current clinical attention. At present, drug therapy is mainly adopted in the clinical treatment to stabilize the hemodynamic level of patients. Clinical practice shows that it is not significantthe to adopt conventional symptomatic treatment effect/which d

The theory of complex function is a key part of mathematics, which can solve the complex problems in production and life. It is of great significance to extend the research field of complex function theory. In this paper, taking a complex variable function as the research object, a calculation method of Laurent series coefficient of complex function pole neighborhood expansion was proposed to determine the complex variable function pole, determine the order of complex variable function pole, calculate the residue of high-order pole in complex variable function, thus judging the attribute of complex variable function. In this regard, the coefficient formula was used to calculate the coefficients of Laurent series in the neighborhood of the complex variable function poles.
