The high levels in both phenolics and flavonoids were found in breeding populations/variety CD-8, Rc-11/7, Rc-11/8, Rc-11/15 and OS Osiris. The leaf extracts manifested a strong antioxidant activity towards diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), with a variation from 31.50 to 63.14%. A significant correlation was found between the antioxidant activity of the extracts and their total phenolic and flavonoid content (r = 0.737 and 0.839, respectively). 克罗地亚红三叶草种质的酚类物质含量及抗氧化活性
采用分光光度法对克罗地亚红三叶草的两个品种、20个繁殖种群和7个当地种群在盛花期的叶片样品进行了测定,目的是评价其酚类含量和抗氧化活性。总酚和类黄酮含量在不同品种/群体之间存在显著差异。结果表明,红三叶草富含酚类和黄酮类物质,GAE/g DM含量分别为38.67~59.96mg和21.19~51.48mg。在育种群体/品种CD-8、Rc-11/7、Rc-1/8、Rc-11/15和Osiris中发现酚类和类黄酮含量均较高。叶提取物对二苯基-1-双芳基肼(DPPH)具有较强的抗氧化活性,其变化范围为31.50%至63.14%。叶提取物的抗氧化活性与其总酚和黄酮含量之间存在显著相关性(r分别为0.737和0.839)。考虑到所获得的结果,红三叶草的粗提取物表现出显著的抗氧化潜力,可作为人类和动物营养中生物活性成分的天然来源。
