Methods: This research was descriptive to identify coliform bacteria on  15 drinking water at the Andalas University faculty canteens.  Samples were taken directly using a sterile bottle, while data analysis using Most Probable Number  (MPN)  tables 5-1-1 and the presence of E. coli bacteria colonies from drinking water samples. Results: 9 of 15 water samples were contaminated by coliform bacteria with the highest MPN index of 240/100 ml that was found in 2 samples. From 9 samples containing coliform bacteria, all of them were found to contain E. coli bacteria. Conclusion: Most of the samples were contaminated by coliform and E. coli bacteria. 安达拉斯巴东大学Kantin地区Galon饮用水中大肠杆菌的鉴定
国家食品和药物管理局控制了饮用水仓库的补充饮用水,也控制了从小学、初中到高中的学校食堂的食品,但国家食品和药品管理局从未对大学食堂的食品质量进行控制。目的:确定安达拉斯大学食堂饮用水中大肠菌群和大肠杆菌的污染情况。方法:本研究采用描述性方法对安达拉斯大学教师食堂15份饮用水中的大肠菌群进行了鉴定。使用无菌瓶直接采集样本,同时使用最可能数(MPN)表5-1-1和饮用水样本中大肠杆菌菌落的存在进行数据分析。结果:15个水样中有9个被大肠菌群污染,其中2个样品的MPN指数最高,为240/100ml。在9个含有大肠杆菌的样本中,所有样本都含有大肠杆菌。结论:大部分样品均被大肠菌群和大肠杆菌污染。用水壶饮用的水比用加仑饮用的水污染更严重。关键词:大肠杆菌,大肠杆菌,MPN
