The data from this study was collected from 208 office workers respondents who underwent WFH for the first time during the COVID-19 pandemic by distributing an online questionnaire in Indonesia. The study results indicate that office workers feel that work-life balance and work motivation directly affect their job satisfaction. Abstract
This study aims to find Indonesian workers' decision whether to continue Working from Home (WFH) in the future by measuring how well their job satisfaction is fulfilled by the fulfillment of work-life balance and work motivation.
