Abstract

A series of fins commonly known as heat sinks are adapted in various thermal appliances the computer and other electronic systems, where large chunks of heat generated have to be dissipated. This project is mainly concerned with developing unconventional fins as a substitute to the conventional rectangular fins. Heat Transfer analysis of curved  fins was carried out  in this work which can be a substitute for a normal rectangular fins as heat sinks.
