Abstract
The scope of development and even the existence of the shadow economy are recognized by the official economic science rather unwillingly. In the meanwhile, the shadow (“grey”) economy is not only the way of economic behavior, but also a style of life. It corresponds to a complex of urban planning and architectural principles.
