Abstract
The article presents the results of assessing the functional state of the autonomic nervous system in patients with circulatory disorders in the vertebrobasilar system. It has been established that the addition of neuro-reflex diagnostic methods (dynamic segmental diagnostics and manual examination) improves the assessment of the functional state of the sympathetic nervous system and allows monitoring the effectiveness of etiopathogenetic therapy.
