Abstract

Introduction: This article is the product of the research "Knowledge management model for decision-making through ontologies for an employment and employability observatory" developed within the ComplexUD Research Group in the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas between 2018 and 2020. Objective: The objective of this research is the construction of a knowledge management model using ontologies of the actors involved in the employability process.
