¿Cumplen los políticos? Análisis sobre el proyecto de seguimiento a las propuestas de campaña en Baja California

Abstract

This article considers as a starting point the Observatory of Compliance with Political Proposals that was carried out academically and institutionally in 2018, this instrument analyzes and monitors the fulfillment of campaign promises. From transparency and accountability, it is presented as an urgent exercise to reduce the distance between voters and politicians and to mitigate the negative image that citizens have of politicians, in short, to reduce abstentionism and encourage a political culture of participation citizen, beyond the electoral processes.
