The impacts of artificial intelligence on managerial skills

Our final results show that most managerial skills are likely to be augmented by AI, while only a few of them may be replaced (information gathering and simple decision-making) or remain unaffected (leadership and imagination). Our study updates existing technical and non-technical taxonomies of managerial skills needed to keep pace with AI. Abstract
