Sample of 200 urban and rural secondary school teachers were randomly selected for collecting data. This study demonstrated that there is a relationship between teacher efficacy and teaching competency. Abstract
Present study focuses on teacher efficacy of secondary school teachers and its relation with teaching competency. This study was carried out in rural and urban secondary school teachers.
