Data were analyzed by using independent sample t test with significance level of  0.05 (5 %). In testing of independent sample t test the value of Sig. was obtained 0.000 < α (0.05), the average learning achievements of introvert students was 81.60, and the average learning achievements of extrovert students was 80,08 which means that rejected H0. 人格是影响学生学习成绩的内在因素之一。本研究旨在寻找一种对科布门街道小学四年级学生2017/2018学年学习成绩有更好影响的人格类型。本研究采用比较法进行定量研究。所选样本采用整群随机抽样技术,并借助SPSS 21软件进行统计分析。本研究的样本数量为克布门街道11所小学的320名学生。数据收集方法采用问卷调查法和文献资料法。数据采用独立样本t检验进行分析,显著性水平为0.05(5%)。在独立样本的测试中,t测试Sig的值。获得0.000<α(0.05),内向学生的平均学习成绩为81.60,外向学生的平均学业成绩为80,08,这意味着拒绝H0。在分析和讨论研究成果的基础上,可以得出结论,内向型学生的学习成绩与具有外向型人格的学生的学习成就之间存在显著差异,而内向型人格类型对科布门街道小学四年级学生2017/2018学年的学习成绩有更好的影响内向型学生的平均学习成绩高于外向型学生。
